Cathiard Vineyard produces 3 red wines : 2 blends and 1 single-vineyard Cabernet-Sauvignon, all estate fruit and organically farmed. The ridiculously low yields and minimal intervention in the cellar guarantee a strong sense of place. The focus is directed towards finesse, elegance and drinkability.  On the Bordeaux side, we love to show the white wines from Chateau Smith Haut Lafitte, which are considered some of the best in the region. Le "Petit" Haut-Lafitte white for instance, is the quintessential blend of Sauvignon blanc with a touch of Semillon.
