General Information

  1. What are the 2026 dates of Pebble Beach Food & Wine?

    The 2026 dates are Thursday, April 9th - Sunday, April 12th.

  2. Where does Pebble Beach Food & Wine take place?

    All events will take place on the grounds of Pebble Beach Resorts. Please reference event specific webpages to see if the venue is indoor or outdoor.

  3. How does the event contribute to the community?

    Pebble Beach Food & Wine is hosted by Pebble Beach Company Foundation, supporting various community initiatives. Your participation contributes to the betterment of our community. To date, the Foundation has granted more than $14.1 million in financial support including a record year of giving in 2023 ($3.1 million).

  4. What is the age requirement?

    To attend any Pebble Beach Food & Wine event, guests must be 21 years or older. NO ONE UNDER 21 PERMITTED, INCLUDING INFANTS AND SMALL CHILDREN IN CHILD CARRIERS OR STROLLERS. A valid form of identification is imperative for admission to all events. In the event that Pebble Beach Food & Wine security is unable to adequately verify age, admittance will be denied.

  5. Are pets allowed at any Pebble Beach Food & Wine events?

    While we cherish our love for four-legged companions, pets are not permitted at any Pebble Beach Food & Wine event. The only exception is made for service animals, defined as dogs individually trained to perform tasks or work for individuals with disabilities.

    • Please note that individuals bringing service animals are personally responsible and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal.
    • For more detailed guidelines, kindly refer to the regulations outlined by the U.S. Department of Justice.
  6. Is there a dress code?

    Pebble Beach Food & Wine is an elegant affair, and we recommend dressing smart-casual or in line with the sophisticated atmosphere of the specific events. We encourage you to wear comfortable shoes when attending walk-around tastings.

    For golf events guests are required to wear golf shirts at all golf facilities. Bermuda-length shorts or slacks are permitted for men; skirts, shorts, slacks or skorts are appropriate for women. No denim, please. Soft spikes are recommended, but not required.

  7. Is there a bag policy?

    For everyone's safety, all attendees must abide by the Festival's Bag Policy.  Attendees will not be permitted to bring non-approved bags into Festival Events under any circumstances.

  8. Is there a smoking policy?

    California Smoke-Free Work-Place Law prohibits smoking or vaping indoors and on outdoor patios of dining establishments. Designated outdoor smoking areas are allowed.

  9. I have an allergy or dietary restriction, will this be accommodated?

    We cannot guarantee accommodation for dietary restrictions. For seated events, you will have the opportunity to indicate any dietary restrictions and specify your seating companions during checkout.

  10. Is lodging at Pebble Beach Resorts mandatory for event attendance?

    No, securing accommodations at Pebble Beach Resorts is not obligatory to attend Pebble Beach Food & Wine.  If you are interested in booking a room, you can call Pebble Beach Reservations at 855-678-3335.

  11. What accommodations are available for attendees with disabilities?

    Each event venue will provide ADA accommodations such as wheelchair accessibility, accessible restrooms and ADA parking options.

  12. Are there designated parking spaces for attendees with disabilities?
    • Spanish Bay: Valet is available.
    • Tasting Pavilion: Event will provide ADA parking and ADA Carts to transport attendees to the event entrance.
    • The Lodge and Casa Palmero: Valet available with valid ADA sign displayed in vehicle.
    • Beach & Tennis Club: Parking available at Casa Palmero Garage in ADA parking spot and a shuttle will transport attendees to the event entrance.
  13. How can I book a room at Pebble Beach Resorts?

    Once you have purchased a ticket, you are eligible to book a room at Pebble Beach Resorts.  To reach the reservations team you can call 855-678-3335.

  14. Does Pebble Beach Food & Wine offer an industry trade program?

    Yes, approved applicants will receive exclusive access to one day of our renowned Tasting Pavilion hosted by Palo Alto Networks. This invitation-only experience offers an unparalleled opportunity to engage with celebrated chefs, world-class wineries, and distinguished spirits brands in an intimate setting. 

    The deadline to submit your application is March 15, 2026. Participation confirmation in the trade program will be communicated no later than March 20, 2026. If you are selected, you will receive further details, including next steps and any required documentation, at that time.   15. How can I volunteer?

    Thank you for your interest! We truly appreciate our volunteers and the incredible energy they bring to Pebble Beach Food & Wine.

  16. Who do I call if I have any lodging-related questions?

    If you are interested in booking accommodations at The Inn at Spanish Bay April 9-12th, please contact Resort Reservations at 855-678-3335.

  17. Is alcohol permitted?

    Alcohol is permitted for on-site consumption only. Guests may not remove alcoholic beverages from the premises, nor may alcohol be distributed or accepted as gifts.

Tickets and Events

  1. When will I receive my tickets?

    Your tickets will be sent to the email provided upon purchase.

  2. How will I pick up my credential on-site?

    Walk-Around, Gold, and Diamond Package holders should pick up event credentials from the The Inn at Spanish Bay Credential Center (next to the Ballroom at the Welcome Desk) Wednesday-Friday. The Credential Center will move to Tasting Pavilion Saturday-Sunday.

  3. Are my tickets refundable?

    No, tickets are non-refundable.

  4. Does my ticket package include a hotel room?

    Ticket packages are not inclusive of lodging, however they will allow you the opportunity to book your stay at Pebble Beach Resorts. Upon purchasing your Diamond package, a reservation specialist will be in touch with you to book your stay. We recommend booking in advance, as rooms are limited.

    For other package holders or all other guests attending Pebble Beach Food & Wine, The Monterey Plaza Hotel, only 2.5 miles from Pebble Beach Resorts, has graciously offered a 20% discount for guests who have purchased a ticket.

Travel

  1. How do I book a room?

    Diamond ticket packages with Single Occupancy Room and Double Occupancy Room include lodging. Upon purchasing, a reservation specialist will be in touch with you to book your stay. Diamond (with out a room), Gold and Walk Around ticket packages are not inclusive of lodging. We encourage all ticket holders to book their stay at Pebble Beach Resort. We recommend booking in advance, as rooms are limited.

    As an alternate option, The Monterey Plaza Hotel, only 2.5 miles from Pebble Beach Resorts, has graciously offered a 20% discount for guests who have purchased a ticket. To book your Monterey Plaza Hotel room, please visit the link here.

  2. I am driving to Pebble Beach Food & Wine, where can I park?

    Parking is available for all Pebble Beach Food & Wine events as follows:

    • The Inn at Spanish Bay- Valet & Self-parking available at hotel
    • The Lodge at Pebble Beach- Valet & Self-parking available
    • Equestrian Center- Self Parking available
    • Beach & Tennis Club- Valet & Self-parking available on site
    • Casa Palmero- Valet & Self-parking available on site
  3. What else can I do on property during the weekend?

  4. How do I get around?

    Pebble Beach Resorts guests receive exclusive benefits including up to 25% off car rentals to any destination when booking with Avis. Save up to 25% off Avis base rates when making a reservation with Avis Worldwide Discount (AWD) # A381300. Complete your reservation and receive instant online and email confirmation of your travel plans.

    Pebble Beach Resorts offers convenient transportation between properties with a complimentary shuttle service. Operating daily from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., the shuttle runs every half hour, with pick-up and drop-off locations conveniently located at the front of The Lodge and The Inn at Spanish Bay. The last shuttle departs:

    • The Inn at Spanish Bay at 11:00 p.m.
    • The Lodge at Pebble Beach at 11:00 p.m.
