Kaoru Chang is the executive chef of La Mar Cocina Peruana Bellevue, the area's first fine-dining Peruvian restaurant. Chef Chang has 19 years of direct experience in the culinary field, including work at a James Beard Award-winning restaurant and several other fine-dining establishments, such as the internationally acclaimed Japanese restaurant, Nobu.
