Sarah Prior, Winemaker

Born and raised in Germany, Sarah Prior studied viticulture and enology in Bordeaux before moving to Napa Valley. She trained with the Harlan family estates and was mentored by Hélène Mingot during her early years at Eisele Vineyard. Since 2023, she has been part of the Eisele team, where she now serves as Technical Director, integrating biodynamic farming, research-driven viticulture, and estate winemaking.
