Andrew Bradbury, Winemaker
Andrew Bradbury is a seasoned wine professional whose career spans decades across fine dining, boutique wineries, luxury hospitality, and wine retail. As Brand Ambassador for Schrader Cellars, he brings a deep understanding of wine culture, guest experience, and the evolving landscape of luxury wine.
Bradbury's journey began in restaurants, working nearly every front- and back-of-house role before rising to prominence as a sommelier and beverage director. He has curated rare and collectible wines for some of the most respected programs in the industry, including his tenure as Wine Director at Charlie Palmer's Aureole in Las Vegas, where he introduced the first wireless wine list in partnership with Microsoft and HP—a concept that helped redefine the guest experience.
His entrepreneurial spirit led to the development of Clo Wine Bar in New York City and Amo Eno in Hong Kong, both recognized for their innovative approach to wine service and technology. Bradbury also held senior beverage leadership roles with Mandalay Bay Resort Group, Kimpton Hotels, and Chef Michael Mina, overseeing beverage strategy, concept development, and large-scale wine program development.
His work has earned accolades including the James Beard Award for Outstanding Wine Service, Wine Spectator's Grand Award, and recognition in Food & Wine's "Best Sommeliers." He's also been honored for his contributions to digital innovation in hospitality, including a feature in Trivial Pursuit's 20th Anniversary edition and HP's "Global Digital Maverick" award.
Now based in Napa Valley, Bradbury continues to explore the intersection of wine, design, and sustainability through his latest venture, Terre Sonic. Outside of work, he's passionate about cycling, architecture, electronic music, and travel.
