Savannah Riedler, Sommelier

Savannah Riedler is a San Diego native who began her path in wine at Vino Carta and Juniper & Ivy, where her interest quickly grew into a professional pursuit. From there, she moved up the West Coast, with stops in Los Angeles (République), Big Sur (Sierra Mar, Post Ranch Inn), and San Francisco (Saison), gaining experience with some of the country's most respected wine programs. Alongside her time on the service floor, Savannah completed four harvest internships at Ramey Wine Cellars, Gramercy Cellars, Rhys Vineyards, and Scribe, deepening her understanding of winemaking and vineyard management.

In 2025, Savannah returned home to San Diego to open Restaurant Lilo, a lively and immersive dining experience that harnesses the untamed spirit of the California coast and the world's shorelines through a 12-course menu served around a 26-seat chef's counter. As Wine Director, she has built a wine program that is a love letter to California, Champagne, and Burgundy, reflecting both her West Coast journey and her connection to storied wine regions.
