Kenneth R. Murray, Sommelier

A Midwest native, Ken serves as the Director of Wine Programs for The Apis Hotel & Restaurant in Kenosha, Wisconsin. There, his work centers around the curation and development of a fine wine program that places education and accessibility at the center of their operation. In addition to managing the cellar at The Apis Hotel & Restaurant, Ken also leads retail and on-premise wine programs at The Buzz Cafe, and Sazzy B Restaurant, where he earned the property its first Wine Spectator Award. Ken is also the founder and principal of Southport Beverage, a beverage & hospitality consultancy. When he's not working, Ken enjoys cooking for friends & family and collecting wine for his daughters, Audrey & Jera.
