Jannae Lizza, Sommelier

Jannae Lizza is a wine sales representative from Seaside, California, with more than 20 years of experience building award-winning restaurant wine programs.

A lifelong native of the Monterey Peninsula, she served as general manager and wine director at Pacific Grove's famed Passionfish restaurant from 1997 to 2024, establishing a nationally recognized wine program rooted in accessibility and sustainability. In 2018, the James Beard Foundation recognized efforts as a semifinalist for its Outstanding Wine Program award.

Now part of the team at Élevage Wine Co., she helps connect restaurants and retail shops with thoughtfully curated wines from the country's most respected importers, including Rosenthal Wine Merchant, Rare Wine Co. and Diamond Wine Imports.
