Sequoia Chappellet, Seminar Host

Sequoia Chappellet grew up between the rugged coastline of Big Sur and her family's winery in Napa Valley. Raised on a farm in Big Sur and frequently visiting her grandparents at Chappellet Winery helped shape her deep appreciation for California's landscapes, agriculture, and the culture of gathering around the table with great food and wine.

She has worked in sales for the winery and is now part of the marketing team, where she manages the winery's social media. She also serves on the advisory committee to the Board of Directors. Sequoia is passionate about organic farming, thoughtful land stewardship, and preserving Chappellet as a family-owned and operated winery on Pritchard Hill. She especially enjoys helping her family host gatherings and events at the winery and throughout the greater wine community.

Today, she lives in Carmel Valley, where she is raising her three children and remains closely connected to both the Central Coast and Napa Valley wine communities. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Sequoia enjoys sharing the story of her family's vineyard and bringing people together through wine, food, and conversation.
