Brandon Bollenbacher, Chef

Chef Brandon, a native Central Californian and graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, comes to The Quail with a diverse range of experiences, most recently as Executive Chef of the Vespera Resort on Pismo Beach.  Prior to Vespera, Brandon helmed kitchens in Hawaii and the Western U.S. Brandon describes his early years in the kitchen as his most formative, when he worked in boutique international luxury resorts including 3 years with Alila Hotels & Resorts and 6 years with Aman Resorts, across locations that include Indonesia, Cambodia, and Montenegro.
