With over three decades of culinary leadership on California's Central Coast, Chef Todd Fisher has built a career rooted in responsible sourcing and seasonal creativity. From commanding prestigious Monterey Peninsula kitchens to hosting Discovery Network's "The United States of Bacon," his influence spans fine dining, media, and major food and wine festivals. Personal career highlights have been being recognized with Michelin Plate Award and the honor of cooking at the James Beard House in NYC. 

In 2021, Chef Todd and his wife pivoted to launch The Meatery in Seaside, where he proudly added "Butcher" to his professional resume. Throughout his career, he has remained dedicated to supporting local farmers and culinary philanthropy while continuing to push the dining scene toward new trends. Notably, he has participated in all 15 years of Pebble Beach Food & Wine, the premiere festival in his own backyard.
