BAKE SOME NOISE is a Los Angeles born cookie brand built from pure hustle, heart, and a whole lot of learning on the fly. Founded by husband and wife duo Ren and Caroline Blanco, the company didn't come from culinary school, a family bakery, or years of kitchen experience, because they had none. What they did have was a vision: to create cookies that hit with flavor, nostalgia, and personality, and to build a brand that felt as loud, joyful, and community-driven as the city they love.
