Mike Stoves, Chef

Chef Mike grew up in Warwick, RI. Mike has always had a passion for culinary arts, starting his journey as a bus boy at the age of 13. Moving forward some time, he realized that this was the career path he wanted to take. He knew the work would be hard, but felt as though he could not fail. 
Armed with determination and passion, he went on starting as a line cook at multiple bustling restaurants. He then worked his way to leading a team of talented chefs before becoming the Executive Chef at one of Rhode Island's most iconic restaurants. Continuing to want to grow, he moved to Raleigh, NC, and taking yet another step in his journey, Mike decided to step into the Consulting world. As a Task Force Executive Chef and Consultant, he has had the opportunity to work all over the country at a variety of hotel brands and concepts, including Waldorf Astoria, Ritz Carlton, and other luxury concepts. Chef Mike has been featured on many local television shows and has had the opportunity to cook for a wide range of celebrities.
When he is not in the kitchen Chef Mike is an avid golfer and spends as much time as he can on the course, on the beach, and constantly trying new restaurants.
