Chef Jorden Dolan is the executive chef and founder of Savory Events, a luxury catering and private chef company based in The Woodlands, Texas. Known for her refined yet deeply personal approach to cooking, Jorden creates ingredient-driven menus that celebrate seasonality, regional agriculture, and a true sense of place.
Her culinary career began along the California coast, where the agricultural richness of Santa Cruz and Monterey shaped her philosophy of cooking with intention. After formal culinary training, she spent time with the banquet teams at the Monterey Marriott and the iconic Pebble Beach Resorts, honing her skills in large-format fine dining and elevated event cuisine.
In 2015, she launched Savory Events with a simple belief: that extraordinary food begins with extraordinary ingredients. Today, she continues to honor that commitment by sourcing from small family farms, ranchers, and artisans across Texas. Her menus highlight organic produce, pasture-raised proteins, and handcrafted goods from growers she knows by name.
Jorden is also the creator of The Woodlands Supper Club, a sold-out monthly dining series that brings the community together around seasonal tasting menus, immersive themes, and thoughtful storytelling.
