Elias Cuevas is a Los Angeles–based sommelier with over 12 years of experience in the wine industry and a deep passion for the world's most expressive terroirs. For the past eight years, he has been a sommelier at Wally's Wine & Spirits, where he works closely with collectors, enthusiasts, and industry professionals, curating exceptional bottles and creating memorable wine experiences.

In addition to his role at Wally's, Elias operates a rare wine consignment and brokering business in Los Angeles, specializing in sourcing and placing highly allocated, collectible, and cellar-worthy wines. His expertise spans both the buying and selling side of the market, with a sharp understanding of provenance, valuation, and the nuances that define truly great bottles.

Elias has a particular love for the elegance and precision of Burgundy, the timeless complexity of Champagne, and the power and soul of the Rhône Valley. Whether guiding a seasoned collector toward a mature Grand Cru or introducing a guest to a grower Champagne, he brings both depth of knowledge and genuine enthusiasm to every interaction.
