Alvin Quinol, Chef

Chef Alvin Quinol is originally from Las Vegas, NV. He moved to Monterey in 2010. His first Sous Chef position was at Levi's Stadium, home of the 49'ers. From there, he made waves at Ventana Big Sur working his way up to Executive Sous Chef. Currently, Chef Alvin is the Chef de Cuisine for Alvarado Brewery & Bistro, located in Carmel, CA. While also passing his knowledge and experience to the next generation as a Culinary Instructor at MPC.
