Alvin Quinol, Chef

Originally from Las Vegas, Nevada, Chef Alvin Quinol joined Alvarado Street Brewery and Bistro as Chef de Cuisine in September 2023. He has developed distinctive dishes that incorporate Alvarado's award-winning beers into his recipes. In early 2026, he was promoted to Executive Chef and now oversees two of Alvarado's three locations: the bistro in Carmel-by-the-Sea and the Taproom in Salinas.
